taking a lifetime to build old age

These are three phases of life. The passionate and risk-taking time of childhood, the designing and construction of adulthood and the time of old age – a time when we contemplate and associate all our experiences for our best life.
Just as it takes steps to make a mile and days to build years – it takes our lifetime to build old age. While acknowledging an indecision about when old age begins, there is now time to contemplate and associate life experiences.
May I embrace each phase to learn, love and reflect.
May I always be passionate, creative and insightful.
May I always seek peace, open-mindedness and curiosity.
May I always use my mind, body and spirit.
May I find, at the turn of each year, an enthusiastic desire to know.
